mama bird

we have a mama bird that built a nest on our patio table. Look closely, she's nestled in behind the bottle of lighter fluid (real safe, I know) We went out this morning to play out back and found she had TWO baby eggs in her tiny little nest. It's so cute.
She just sits on her eggs and stares at us while Aiden plays. If he ever spooks her she flies to the wall and camps out there making sure we don't disturb her little ones. I'm interested to see if & when they actually hatch.
Aiden is in love with mama bird already and likes to check on her babies.
